ONE® PRIMER

ONE® PRIMER, is a two-component epoxy adhesion promoter designed for substrates contaminated with oil.

It is ideal for anchoring on oil-stained concrete surfaces, after proper substrate preparation. Perfect for treating concrete or stone flooring.

APPLICATION

ONE® PRIMER must be applied on a clean and dry or slightly damp surface.
If pressure washing with specific degreasing detergents has been carried out, carefully remove any standing water or puddles before applying the product.
Apply the product with a roller or brush onto the concrete substrate.
To ensure proper bonding with subsequent coatings, we recommend roughening the surface by broadcasting quartz sand (01–05) onto the fresh layer.

Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C.
Zhe oil-contaminated substrate must be removed to a depth of approximately 2 mm, then thoroughly vacuumed, cleaned with a suitable detergent, and washed using a high-pressure water jet.
Pre-mix each component separately to remove any sediment, then pour component B into component A and mix thoroughly with a low-speed mixer until a uniform, lump-free consistency is achieved.

STORAGE

The product, in its original packaging and stored in a dry, protected place, has a shelf life of 6 months.

Store the product at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C.
