TIXO SEAL

TIXO SEAL, professional Elastic Adhesive Sealant based on special bitumens and high-quality SBS elastomers.

Can be used for sealing gutters, flashings, pipes, chimneys, skylights, roof tiles, and metalwork—even in rain or underwater.

Ideal for repairing and welding bituminous membranes, sealing overlaps and edges.

Adheres to substrates even if damp, provided they are intact and clean.

Applicable on bricks, concrete, PVC and PP pipes, metals, glass, and bituminous substrates.

APPLICATION

Pierce the cartridge, cut the nozzle to the desired size, and apply with a sealant gun.

Tixo Seal ensures waterproofing and adhesion immediately after application.

USEFUL TIPS / SURFACE PREPARATION

Avoid applying large amounts of sealant at high temperatures on insulating panels, as the solvent may damage them.

STORAGE

The product, in its original packaging, has a shelf life of 12 months. Store at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C.
