WINFIX WET

WINFIX WET, two-component, thixotropic epoxy-cement system specifically formulated to cure on moist cement substrates both indoors and outdoors.

It is applied inside swimming pools, underground rooms, elevator shafts, newly cast concrete elements (with sufficient mechanical strength for overcoating), tile coatings, and flooring.
Suitable for application on concrete, cement screeds, natural stone, cement blocks, and ceramics.

Can be coated with epoxy, polyurethane, and epoxy-polyurethane resin systems after applying the appropriate primer.

APPLICATION

After mixing the two components, the product is applied by roller, brush, or trowel

when loaded with 30% by weight of 0.1–0.3 mm quartz for leveling applications.

USEFUL TIPS/SURFACE PREPARATION

Ensure that the application surfaces are clean, free of friable parts, anti-adherent substances, and oils.

Perform careful shot blasting or grinding.

The surface should have a pull-off strength of at least 1.5 N/mm².

The product must be applied at temperatures between +10°C and +35°C.

CONSUMPTIONS

• 0.5 kg/m² per coat, applied in two or more coats,
• When loaded for leveling: 1.2–1.3 kg/m² in a single coat.

PACKAGES

• Component A: 6 kg,
• Component B: 5.4 kg.

STORAGE

The product can be stored in its undamaged package for 12 months.

Please store in a shaded and protected place at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C.

Not frost-proof.
