WINFIX FISSATIVO
Winfix Fissativo, two-component epoxy resin in water dispersion, dust-proof and consolidating.
It is used for surface consolidatio even in the presence of damp substrate such as concrete, screeds, cement-based subfloors, and weak masonry mortars, prior to the application of flooring systems, epoxy and epoxy-polyurethane coatings, and liquid membranes from the WINKLER range.
APPLICATION
After mixing both components, the product can be applied by roller, brush, or spray.
USEFUL TIPS/SURFACE PREPARATION
Proper substrate preparation is essential. The substrate to be treated must be free of standing surface water and any contaminants.
Depending on the type of surface, perform grinding, shot blasting, milling, or sandblasting.
To improve the adhesion of subsequent layers, it is possible to broadcast fresh product with quartz sand 0.1–0.3 mm (approximately 500–1000 g/m²). Remove any excess quartz before applying the next coats.
The product must be applied at temperatures between +10°C and +35°C.
CONSUMPTIONS
- 100–200 g/m² in a single coat

STORAGE
The product can be stored in its undamaged package for 12 months.
Store at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C. Not frost-proof.
