BC SEAL PAD
BC Seal Pad, self-adhesive square pad based on butyl mastic, covered with non-woven material, which allows the deformation of the product.
The adhesive side is protected by peel off support.
APPLICATION
Sealing of drainpipes, aerators, lead pipes, emerging pipes, fittings and drains.
It adapts to the shape of the substrate and the non-woven fabric can be coated with tile adhesives, flexible cement-based waterproofing products, elastomeric liquid waterproofing products and bituminous membranes.
USEFUL TIPS/SURFACE PREPARATION
The substrate must be clean, dry and free from dust or non-sticking substances that would compromise adhesion.
Remove the silicone paper and apply avoiding leaving air bubbles.
It is recommended to overlap by at least 5 cm on other system parts.
Do not over apply with solvent-based products.
Use at a maximum temperature of +30°C, to avoid difficulties in the release of the peelable non-stick protector.

STORAGE
The product, in its undamaged packaging, has a shelf-life of 12 months.
Store in a dry, ventilated place, away from UV rays. and at a maximum temperature of +30°C.
